fast and furious: menu


 

20 minutes and counting! 

call it a mid-week potluck; you're famously out of time, gonna have to make do with whatever's in the fridge or pantry...well, check out our pantry staples page; there's no excuse that you can't whip up a knockout meal in 20 minutes

here's how it's done:

20 mins out: put a pot of salted water on to boil

18 mins out: put out some plates, throw a string of party lights onto the table, uncork the wine

15 mins out: heat some olive oil in a skillet, add garlic, bacon, anchovies and broccoli, pre heat the oven for the bread

10 mins out: throw some pasta into the boiling water

8 mins out:  toss some arugula and salad fixings into a bowl, splash over some olive oil, lemon juice and cracked pepper. put a baguette onto some baking parchment, douse it in olive oil and sea salt...place it in the oven

5 mins out: grate the parmesan and chop some parsley

2 mins out: drain the pasta, toss it into the skillet and add some extra olive oil

0 mins out: smile and serve
