get fresh once a week! some things simply have to be fresh. so a weekly trip to the supermarket is a necessary evil always start your shopping in the supermarket at the opposite end to the vegetables and fruit, that way they wind up on the top of the cart and don't get squashed here's a weekly shopping list to make sure that every bite is at its freshest
