Pomegranate steak sauce

The bad news is that you are going to have to go to a Middle Eastern grocery store to get the pomegranate molasses.

The worse news is that you are going to find so many other irresistible spices and goodies there that your pantry will double in size (and versatility).

The good news is that this delicious steak sauce can be used as a glaze for meats, a sauce for sandwiches and that it is just as delicious as a dip for roasted veggies (and sensational on grilled mushrooms!)

Possibly the easiest recipe I've ever written: put everything in a jar, screw the lid on and SHAKE!

*tip; there will be several brands of pomegranate molasses on the shelf, Tip them all upside down and think of Goldilocks; don't pick the one that is too thick, don't pick the one that is too runny; pick the one which is just right!
