middle eastern lamb pizzas Sift: flour into a medium sized bowl. Beat together egg, oil and milk and stir into the flour to make a soft dough. Turn the mixture out onto a floured board and knead lightly, shaping into a ball. Heat: olive oil in a skillet / frying pan and add onion and lamb. cook until onion is wilted and lamb is browned, approx 3-4 minutes. Stir in pinenuts and Leggo's tomato paste. Roll: pastry out to 1/4 inch (3mm) thickness into either 2 oblong or round shapes and place onto a greased / lined baking sheet. Lightly spray pastry with cooking spray and spoon filling evenly over each pizza. Bake: in a pre-heated oven at 200c / 400f for 12-15 mins or until golden brown.
